Privacy policy

Ashoka Stationers collects only what is needed to deliver your order: your name, phone number, email address and shipping address.

Your address and contact details are shared with Shiprocket and the assigned courier so your parcel can be delivered.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Customer accounts are optional. If you choose to create one, we store your verified email, profile details, secure session records, order history and discount eligibility so you can sign in without a password. Guest checkout remains available.

One-time email codes expire after 10 minutes. We store only a protected representation of the code, not the readable code itself. You should never share a login code with anyone.

Marketing messages are sent only when you select the marketing permission option. Order, payment and delivery messages are transactional and may still be sent for purchases you make.

An unfinished-checkout reminder is optional. We send no more than one reminder, and only when you select that option before opening payment.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and product interest, Google Tag Manager to manage measurement, and Microsoft Clarity to understand anonymous click, scroll and website-error patterns. Analytics is optional and can be changed using Cookie settings in the footer.

After a completed purchase, Google Customer Reviews may offer you an optional survey. If you opt in, Google receives your order number, email address, delivery country and estimated delivery date so it can send the survey after delivery. Google may use cookies or similar technology for this service.

We do not send customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, shipping addresses, payment details or form contents to these analytics services.

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone beyond the delivery and payment partners above.
